There's about 1.5 hours of video content total. Spread out over 4 weeks, the time commitment is about 25 minutes per week on average.

Absolutely! This program is open to anyone who wishes to join. The meetings will be held in Eastern Standard Time, but everything will be recorded.

You're going to learn why we eat, when to eat, and what to eat! These three themes are broken down into modules which cover the basics of energy production in the body, metabolism, why we burn body fat for energy, hormone health for females, intermittent fasting, the two foods to reduce, what a sugar craving is on a biochemical level, how to structure your meals for balanced blood sugar, and what foods to eat for metabolic health.
